OGIS-RI's Privacy policy based on CCPA

カリフォルニア州プライバシー権法（2020年）で改正されたカリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（2018年）（以下、単に「CCPA」といいます）に基づき、当社は、過去12か月間に収集または開示したカリフォルニア州住民の個人情報の類型について、以下のとおり詳細を開示します。
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA"), we are providing the following additional details regarding the categories of Personal Information about California residents that we have collected or disclosed within the preceding 12 months:

(1) 当社は、以下の類型の個人情報を収集しました。
We collected the following categories of Personal Information:

  1. 氏名、連絡先情報、オンライン識別子、政府発行の身分証明書等の識別子
    Identifiers, such as name, contact information, online identifiers, and government-issued ID numbers;
  2. 氏名、連絡先情報、政府発行の身分証明書、署名、支払カード番号、財務情報、医療情報、保険情報、教育情報、雇用情報等、カリフォルニア州の顧客記録に関する法律に定義された個人情報
    Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as name, contact information, government-issued ID numbers, signature, payment card number, financial information, medical information, insurance information, education information, and employment information;
  3. 性別、年齢、婚姻状態、人種等、カリフォルニア州法または連邦法の下で保護された分類
    Protected classifications under California or federal law, such as sex, age, marital status and race;
  4. 取引情報、購入履歴、財務の詳細情報、支払情報等の商業的情報
    Commercial information, such as transaction information, purchase history, financial details and payment information;
  5. 指紋、声紋等のバイオメトリック情報
    Biometric information, such as fingerprints and voiceprints;
  6. 閲覧履歴、オンラインでの行動、インターネットデータ、当社および他のウェブサイトとのやりとり等、インターネットまたはネットワーク活動の情報
    Internet or network activity information, such as browsing history, online behavior, internet data and interactions with our and other websites;
  7. 端末位置情報、IP位置情報等、地理位置データ
    Geolocation data, such as device location and IP location;
  8. 当社および当社の取引先の事業活動に関連して作成された画像ならびに録音、通話記録および録画等、音声、電子、視覚、温度、臭覚および類似の情報
    Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, and similar information, such as images and audio, call and video recordings created in connection with our and our clients' business activities.
  9. 職歴、過去の雇用主等、職業または雇用に関する情報
    Professional or employment-related information, such as work history and prior employer;
  10. 学業記録等、米国家族教育権とプライバシー法に服する教育情報
    Education information subject to the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, such as student records; and
  11. たとえば個人の選好や性格についてプロファイルやサマリーを作成するために、上記の個人情報から引き出された推定
    Inferences drawn from any of the Personal Information listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual's preferences and characteristics.

当社は、お客さま、ならびに当社の子会社、お取引先およびサービス提供者から個人情報を収集します。
We collect this Personal Information from you, our subsidiaries, our clients and our service providers.

当社は、当社の事業を運営、管理、維持し、当社の製品およびサービスを提供し、また、当社の事業上の目的を達成するために、収集した個人情報を使用することがあります。当社の事業上の目的には、たとえば、当社の製品およびサービスを開発、改善、修繕、保守すること、当社の製品およびサービスにつき、パーソナライズ、広告、マーケティングを行うこと、当社が実施する調査において、当該調査の対象者として適切であるかどうかを確認し、取得したデータを分析・解析・加工し、調査結果を作成すること、施設及びインフラを保守すること、品質および安全性を確保する措置を講じること、リスクおよびセキュリティの管理およびモニタリングを行うこと、詐欺行為を検出、予防すること、本人確認を行うこと、会計、監査およびその他の内部機能（たとえば内部調査）を行うこと、法律、法的プロセスおよび内部ポリシーを遵守すること、記録を保持すること、法的請求を行い、それに対する防御をすること等のために、個人情報を使用することが含まれます。
なお、当社は、センシティブ情報を取得し利用等する場合は、本人に別途通知します。
We may use this Personal Information to operate, manage, and maintain our business, to provide our products and services, and to accomplish our business purposes and objectives, including, for example, using Personal Information to: develop, improve, repair, and maintain our products and services; personalize, advertise, and market our products and services; in our surveys, to confirm the appropriateness of the subjects of such surveys, to conduct analytics, analyze, and process the data obtained, and to prepare the results of such surveys; maintain our facilities and infrastructure; undertake quality and safety assurance measures; conduct risk and security control and monitoring; detect and prevent fraud; perform identity verification; perform accounting, audit, and other internal functions, such as internal investigations; comply with law, legal process, and internal policies; maintain records; and exercise and defend legal claims.
When we collect or use sensitive Personal Information, we will notify you separately.

当社は、当社のお取引先、サービス提供者および許可された第三者に対して個人情報を開示します。
We disclose this Personal Information to our clients, our service providers and authorized third parties.

(2) 当社は、当社の事業を運営、管理、維持し、当社の製品およびサービスを提供し、また、当社の事業上の目的を達成するために必要な期間、上述した個人情報を保有します。当社は、このような点に加え、法令上の義務を遵守するために保存が必要な期間や個人情報の削除に関する権利行使の有無といった点を踏まえて保有期間を決定します。
We retain the Personal Information for as long as is necessary to operate, manage, and maintain our business, to provide our products and services, and to achieve our business purposes. We determine the retention period based on these considerations, as well as the length of time the information must be retained to comply with legal obligations and to exercise your right to delete personal information.

(4) 当社は、個人情報を「販売」及び「共有」しませんでした。
We have not "sold" or "shared" Personal Information:

本プライバシー・ポリシーにおいて、「販売した」または「販売」とは、金銭的または他の価値のある対価のための、個人情報の開示を意味します。ただし、たとえば合併、破産、または当社の事業の全部もしくは一部の譲渡の資産の一部として、個人情報を移転する場合は、「販売した」または「販売」に含まれません。
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "sold" or "sale" means the disclosure of Personal Information for monetary or other valuable consideration but does not include, for example, the transfer of Personal Information as an asset that is part of a merger, bankruptcy, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business.

また、「共有した」または「共有」とは、金銭またはその他の価値ある対価の有無にかかわらず、クロスコンテキスト行動広告のために個人情報を共有、貸与、解放、開示、頒布、利用可能にする、譲渡、または口頭、書面、電子その他の手段で通信することを意味します。
"Shared" or "share" means sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's Personal Information by the business to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration.


(5) カリフォルニア州の住民は、当社に対し、以下を要求することができます。
If you are a California resident, you may request that we:

  1. 要求の過去12か月間以内のものを対象として、以下の情報を開示すること
    Disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request:
    • ・当社が当該個人について収集した個人情報の類型、および当社がかかる個人情報を収集した情報源の類型
      The categories of Personal Information we collected about you and the categories of sources from which we collected such Personal Information;
    • ・個人情報の収集を行う事業目的または商業目的
      The business or commercial purpose for collecting Personal Information about you;
    • ・上記以外の場合で、当社が共有または開示する当該個人の個人情報の類型、および当社がかかる個人情報を共有または開示する先の第三者の類型（該当する場合）
      The categories of Personal Information about you that we otherwise shared or disclosed, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared or to whom we disclosed such Personal Information (if applicable).
  2. 当社が保有する個人情報の不正確な点を訂正すること
    Correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.
  3. 当社が当該個人から取得した当該個人の個人情報を削除すること
    Delete Personal Information about you which we collected from you.
  4. センシティブ情報の利用を制限すること
    Limit the use of your sensitive Personal Information.
  5. プライバシーに関する権利を行使することで差別的な取扱いを受けないこと
    Refrain from unlawful discrimination against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

当社は、関連法令の適用がない場合、または例外が適用される場合、上記の要求を拒絶する場合があります。当社は、適用法令に従って上記の要求に対応します。なお、CCPAの下、カリフォルニア州の住民は、上記の権利を行使したことを理由として不当な差別を受けることのない権利を有しています。
In some instances, we may decline to honor your request where the law does not apply or where an exception applies. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. Nonetheless, you have the right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under CCPA.
